Why ATC exists

Built to be the company we couldn't find.

Restoration on Long Island had two flavors: national franchises that treat a flooded home like a ticket number, and fly-by-night outfits that disappear when the adjuster pushes back. ATC was built as the third option — a local, owner-operated company that shows up fast, documents everything like the claim depends on it (it does), and rebuilds what it mitigates so nobody gets handed off halfway through the worst month of their year.

The owner still answers the escalation line. The people in the wrapped vans work for us, not a subcontractor list. And the free advice on every page of this site is there on purpose: we'd rather you protect your home in the first ten minutes than need us more later.
